How it Works
Have a look through our designs find one or two or three that you like and place an order.
It normally takes 4-5 Days to have your order ready to go out the door.
You will receive an email when you place your order and another when your shirt has dispatched to let you know it is on the way, so you'll know exactly what is going on.
Your item will be handled by our staff who will carefully place the item on to silk sheets. Our team will inspect your purchase to ensure maximum quality before placing it in the finest packaging you can find whilst our foreman blows the horn of education & empowerment. Then we have a party and reason together with gladness over the spreading of this knowledge and excellent t-shirt designs.
Once the party is done your item will be sent with all the pomp and ceremony you would expect.
We do not offer a tracking service unless you place an order using our Recorded Delivery option.
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your confirmation you should receive it in the following times:
UK and Ireland 2-10 working days.
Please wait the above times before contacting us in relation to your shirt as we will not be able to look into it/contact the relevant postal service before these times.

What Currencies/Payments Methods Do You Accept
We offer a wide range of secure payment options, to make sure you can pay how you want to.
We also accept multiple currencies so you can pay directly in US Dollars ($USD) if you are in the US, Sterling (£GBP) if you are in the UK and Euro (€EUR) if you are anywhere else. If you order through Euro using your debit/credit card or PayPal your bank will convert to your local currency for you.
We accept the following payment methods from Customers:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro Card, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron
We also accept PayPal (this also allows other card payment types such as American Express)
When using any discount codes only one code can be used per order.
How Secure Is Your Site/Payments Processing?

Our credit/debit card payments are handled by Stripe who process in excess of €1Bn per annum in payments
MelaNative does not have access to your card details at any point: all card details are captured by Stripe and encrypted at the point of authorisation.

How do I Return a Shirt to you?
If you need to return a faulty shirt to us it is very straightforward to do so.
You just contact us tell us what is faulty with your t-shirt and then we'll come back to you to confirm we will accept it and confirm how to proceed from there.
If for your t-shirt is faulty you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase (so long as it is unworn and unwashed) for an exchange, or store credit, just let us know which you prefer.
As soon as we receive your shirt we will process it for an exchange etc. We will send an automatic email once your replacement shirt dispatches.
